Everything!

Everything!!! The penthouse was stunning and so spacious. The pool was wonderful and the apartment was set up so you needed for nothing. The beach is beautiful and the area around the pools have a great vibe. We were so well looked after. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a huge choice of options to pick from. The staff did an amazing job of cleaning every day and were so respectful and efficient. Everybody was just lovely, I can not speak highly enough of all the staff and I am already planning my next trip back. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

Such potential, great locale, missed the mark.

exceptional breakfast and the Sunday buffet is outrageously good. A little over the top, To be honest, money for that would be better spent on extending the roof structure of the dining area, and plugging in the holes of the roof. Water coming through the down lights on to the dining tables was concerning. Pools great Service great. View great. Beach access. TIP: go when it's NOT rain season.

The fact that we not only had leaks in the dining area, the slippery walkway across to the toilets (also uncovered), our room rood had a leak, & I woke to water on dripping on my face and found myself in a wet mattress. We were however moved to the residence, which was very kind. Overall, I don't feel this place has it's value for money. Lastly, to advise you bookings are NON refundable from when ever you book is bad business practice considering the alternate options of comparative accommodation. I think most of the budget went on the snazzy website. SUGGESTION: stop building &/or investing in other projects on the island, and focus on renovating this one, because it is a lovely location.

The toilet in our first room was leaking sewage than they moved us to a room right next to the road and a pile of tires .

Half the staff was great the other half was so rude . They said our room had garden views when we just looked at another building

Excellent location to relax!

A very modern and clean hotel with a nice location at the beach. Beach cabanas available to chill in front of the beach (no real room to lie down on the sand at the beach), very attentive staff and excellent breakfast. Our room was very spacious and very clean.

Every thing, the staff couldn't do enough for you and they are very trust worthy, it's so clean and the food is excellent, it can't be bad if the Prince of Thailand pays a visit like he did when we were there, it's 10 out of 10

Ultimate chills by the pool

Good food, nice pool, the best staff, best music, nicely presented. There is nothing not to like. You can chill at the pool sun beds and cabana's all day listening to seductive deep house chilled vibes. The staff are seriously something special for Thailand and compliant your stay and make it memorable.

We stayed at the tropical twin villa, and the upstairs room was a little small. Apart form that nothing.

Amazing beach front hotel

Loved this hotel, the staff are so helpful and friendly and honestly can’t do enough for you! The rooms are really spacious with a large bathroom and massive bed! I love that you get a fridge too and giant TV! The pools are beautiful and you can spend many days just lounging around on the double sunbeds and cabanas! The breakfast is amazing, with such a great choice of different things to eat and a great selection of fruit juices too! The WiFi is really strong and you can connect to it everywhere in the resort!

The hotel is a fair walk from the local town of Lamai, however they provide a shuttle service free of charge to and from the hotel twice a day! With regards to getting food and drink off of the a la carte menu, there is a service charge and government tax added after the price quoted, this is fine and I understand that is needs to be done, I would just prefer that it was already in the price quoted on the menu and the breakdown of the charges can be shown on the receipt. But I still had an amazing stay and would return in a heart beat! :)

Amazing place to stay for couples and families!

The location and my one bed pool villa was excellent. The staff are always happy and will do anything to help. Martin the manager looked after everyone and made you feel at home. The Sunday brunch is a must!

Ok stay but not good value. Good staff. Extra's very over priced.

Staff were friendly. Mini-bar in room was well stocked.

This property is not value for money. Much nicer resorts in Lamai for similar price. Hotel taxi to airport was THB 700 - a total rip off.

« Une belle adresse »

Le complexe est vraiment splendide et nous avons eu la chance d'y séjourner à une période calme donc très peu de monde, idéal pour se relaxer ! Très belle chambre, spacieuse et confortable. Piscines ultra propres. Personnel adorable sauf 1 ou 2 un peu bougons ! Bon petit déjeuner, belle vue sur la mer. Gros gros merci au personnel de l'hôtel qui nous a fait la surprise de déposer un gros gâteau d'anniversaire dans le frigo quand j'ai précisé lors de ma réservation que c'était l'anniversaire de mon conjoint !

Le jaccuzzi sur le balcon fonctionnait à moitié, trop dommage ... Bulles ok mais pas de jets ! C'était une des raisons pour lesquelles j'avais sélection cet hôtel - "petit" plaisir de fin de séjour pour une nuit ! Aussi l'eau était jaune au début dans ce même jaccuzzi mais aussi dans celui de la salle de bain. Une boule de chevaux trouvée près du canapé, surprenant pour un hôtel de ce type ! Sinon, déçus par la qualité de la nourriture au dîner, tarifs exorbitants pour du "moyen" et un gros cafard qui nous a tenu compagnie ahah ! Dernier étonnement, les housses des lits au bord de la piscine déchirées pour certaines, bof bof pour ce type d'établissement !

« Quel paradis !! »

Un vrai paradis, cadre époustouflant rien à dire !! Le personnel est ultra dévoué, souriant. J'ai séjourné dans une suite club de 55m2, très spacieuse, impeccable, ménage, serviette propre, bouteille d'eau tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner, un régal ! Le brunch du dimanche exceptionnel !!

La chambre est très grande et bien équipée - les villas sont magnifiques.

Immeuble pas très beau et chambres un peu loin de l'activité. Aucune vue (sur la rue). Service au bar cata mais comme partout en Thaïlande Le staff parle extrêmement mal anglais.

Superbe vue et qualité de la nourriture. Petit dej incroyable. Pizza parfaite. Chambre confortable et bien équipée. Sens du détail.

L' Établissement manque de fraîcheur. Tout est un peu sale et mal entretenu. La musique constante de 11h à .... c'est un "Party hôtel" ...

La taille et l équipements de l appartement et la literie

Le manque de professionnalisme du personnel , la vétusté et le mauvais entretien de l hôtel , le ménage limite mais avant le bruit insupportable dans notre appartement du à la route et a nos voisins dans l hôtel ( musique à fond à minuit ) nous avons carrément mis fin avant l heure à notre séjour à cause de tout ca et nous avons demander une simple ristourne sur les extras qui sont assez élevés ( repas au sein du restaurant de l hôtel , room service et location de voiture et scooter au sein même de l hôtel ) refus catégorique de la part des responsables très déçu en tant que clients et professionnels ( j ai un restaurant et une chambre d hôte ) c était la moindre des choses ...
